Returns & Refund Policy

At Mareaux, we hope you love every piece you receive. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant or any signs of wear
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their items.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Mareaux cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost during transit.
How to Return an Item

- Your order number
- Your full name
- The item(s) you wish to return
Once your request has been approved, we'll provide you with the return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or colour, simply return your original item and place a new order through our website.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Products that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
Returned items must still meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
