Thank you for shopping with Mareaux.
Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during new collection launches, promotional periods or holidays.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to countries across Europe.
If your country is unavailable during checkout, please contact us at hello@mareaux.be, and we'll do our best to assist you.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:
Belgium
1–2 business days
Netherlands & Luxembourg
2–4 business days
Rest of Europe
3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
We offer free shipping on orders over €125 to:
- Belgium
- The Netherlands
- Luxembourg
For all other European countries, shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information.
If you haven't received your tracking email within three business days, please contact us.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Mareaux cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at hello@mareaux.be.
We'll gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
